FAQ
When should my child start seeing a dentist?
The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry suggests a child should see a dentist by age 1 or no later than 6 months after the first tooth erupts.
Do you see adults?
Absolutely, the Smile Magic adventure is for kids of every age, 0 to 99. No one is too old to become a King or Queen of their own Kingdom.
What insurances do you accept?
We’re here for you and your optimum oral health. This means whether your insurance is in or out of network we work with you. The main goal is to provide the best care for you and your family. For a complete list of accepted insurances click here.
Do you accept cash if I don't have insurance?
We do! In fact, we have an amazing discount plan for all our cash patients. That plan includes a free limited exam twice a year. What do I need to bring with me on my first visit?
You’ll need an ID card and an insurance card, if applicable. But more importantly, you’ll need your sense of adventure, your wide-eyed wonder, your empty pockets for gold coins and your best “royalty face” for when you get crowned King or Queen of your own Kingdom.
Can I go into the treatment room with my child?
Parents, we are true partners in this adventure. We don’t move forward without your okay. We’ll work together to determine the best path for behavioral management and we always let you make the final choice. In order to get the best behavior from their child, some parents choose not to be in the treatment room. In these cases, we’ll provide you with a Charlie Cam so that you can watch all the treatments that we decide together is needed. We make sure that you always have complete oversight and control of your child’s care.
